    Russell Brand to haunt audiences with new horror comedy

    Russell Brand, who recently parted ways with wife Katy Perry after a 14-month marriage, is all set to scare theatre audience with his upcoming horror comedy flick 'The Hauntrepreneur'.

    The 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' comedian has been cast in this new film just three months after Ben Stiller replaced him in a remake of hit BBC comedy Rentaghost.

    The story of the new movie revolves around as an eccentric old man who helps a family fit into a new town by building them a haunted house.

    Michael Bay - the man behind the Transformers films - will be producing the movie and till now, Brand is the only casting announcement to date, the Sun reported.

    The 36-year-old will next be seen in Rock of Ages alongside Tom Cruise, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Alec Baldwin. (ANI)
