    Tucson Post
    Tuesday 9th March, 2010

Google has warned that anyone not using Internet Explorer 8 will soon lose service through the company.

The search engine has been pushing its users to upgrade to at least Internet Explorer 7, if not 8 so that it can concentrate on improvements to its sites.

Google has announced that starting in March it will no longer support IE 6 and will alo phase out other older browsers.

Anything older than Chrome 4.0, Firefox 3.0 or Safari 3.0 will no longer work with Google Docs and Spreadsheets.

63% of all computer users worldwide use Internet Explorer, with over 60% still operating with Internet Explorer 6.
